INSPECTION DAY!!!!
Today, I had a Command Supply Discipline Program inspection on one of my companies. It can be a bit nerve wrecking due to the importance of the inspections. During the CSDP inspections we are simply asking some pertinent supply questions to make sure your units are operating properly. We go into the different supply systems to make sure you have access and are doing what you need to do in said systems. We also ask what would you do in certain scenarios questions. At the end, you receive a overall percentage and based off of that percentage you can be nominated for a SEA, which is the Supply Excellence Award.
Overall its not bad if you’re doing the right thing. But, in my case if you were never given guidance and had to figure it out it is a bit frustrating. I have my inspection on Monday, wish me luck.
