This is called Abuelita’s Brew. My grandma believed that you can cure your body with nature 🎋by mixing it with your common household spice.

Ingredients for this Brew:

1/4 teaspoon of vanilla

Honey to taste

Cardamom 1 tablespoon

Cinnamon 1 tablespoon (can sub both for 1 tablespoon of pumpkin spice)

2teaspoon of turmeric

1teaspoon of Black Pepper

1/4 teaspoon of red pepper flakes

Add lemon if desired or lemon balm

Mix with water and it ready to drink
