New Recipe Alert!!!🍋😋

I made a new meal for my family this week and it was a HUGE hit! The best part is you don’t need any sides with it unless you want to!

***BUFFALO CHICKEN RANCH POTATOES***

You will need a 9x13 dish or smaller if you want to not make as much

Shredded cheese of your choice

Chicken breasts(I used 3, but would use 4 if they are small.)

Bacon

Diced up potatoes

Ranch

Seasonings

Clean and dice the potatoes and put in bottom of pan. Put as much butter as you like on top along with seasonings of your choice.

I seasoned with onion powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper and buffalo wing seasoning.

Cook the potatoes in the over at 400 degrees for about 40-45 min.

While the potatoes are cooking, fry up a lb of bacon and cut up your chicken breast into small pieces.

Season and cook your chicken breasts. I put about 3 tbsp. Of butter in the pan when frying the chicken.

After chicken is cooked put franks hot sauce on and let simmer for a few minutes.

Chop up your bacon into pieces.

Once your potatoes are done, add the bacon, and shredded cheese and put back in oven for about 10-15 min. When it’s melted take it out and drizzle some ranch on top. I make hidden valley homemade ranch. It’s so delicious! I also add sour cream in my ranch:).

If you try it let me know how you like it. My family tore it up 😂 my son couldn’t stop talking about it and said it had to go into rotation now lol.
