I love food y’all lol but I am starting my “making better choices” journey. (I don’t call it a diet) I have succeeded on this journey before and am going to succeed again.🙌 This meal from Dave’s Hot Chicken was soooo delish! It’s new in my area and has so much more flavor than some of the other famous chicken places. Anyways, I posted my meal to show myself I got this and can replace this meal with much better choices and will also feel better eating healthier. When I start my “making better choices,” I do not deprive myself of anything I just portion it wayyyyy better. Instead of eating a whole chicken sandwich, I’ll eat half and a few fries and be full. It’s all about mindset and portion control for me to succeed.
