People with attachment problems often experience heightened sensitivity to social cues such as when someone doesn’t respond immediately, feels distant, or excludes them from conversations. These reactions are not just about social anxiety but often stem from deeper emotional needs and fears of abandonment. Recognizing these signs can be a crucial first step towards addressing attachment-related difficulties. Many people with attachment issues feel sad or anxious when they perceive a rift in their relationships, which can lead to misunderstandings or feelings of being left out. This emotional turmoil may also cause them to overthink interactions, sometimes interpreting neutral actions as rejection or anger. It’s important to remember that attachment problems vary widely among individuals and can manifest differently depending on personal experiences and mental health. While these feelings can be challenging, they are also manageable with proper support. Therapy, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) or attachment-based therapy, offers tools to help individuals better understand their feelings and build healthier relationships. Moreover, engaging in communities that foster open, empathetic conversations about mental health and attachment challenges can provide comfort and reduce feelings of isolation. Whether it is through support groups, online forums, or trusted friends, sharing experiences often helps validate feelings and encourages healing. If you or someone you know struggles with attachment issues, it's vital to approach these feelings with patience and compassion. Understanding that these emotional responses are common and treatable can empower individuals to seek help and improve their relational well-being.

I'm that mf to and those feelings are the worst feelings and I'm feeling those feelings now because I just started seventh grade and basically all my friends are drifting away from me and now every single time I'm with them I feel like the third wheel and if I'm with one of my friends and they see our other friends they would just run to them and just leave me behind and that just makes me feel sad because last year all my friends were close to me and I don't know what happened this year only like four friends are close to me now last year I had like a lot of friends and I don't know if I should still be friends with them
