We all go through seasons where our spirits feel a bit low, don't we? In those moments, I've found immense comfort and strength in turning to God's Word. And for those moments when worry tries to creep in – which, let's be honest, is often! – the verse 'Don't worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank him for all he has done,' is my absolute go-to. It's such a practical instruction. Instead of spiraling into anxiety, I try to pause, take a deep breath, and turn my worries into prayers. It’s not always easy, but consistently practicing this has truly helped me find inner peace and a sense of calm, knowing I've cast my burdens onto Him. This act of prayer is incredibly spirit-lifting. Finally, when I'm experiencing pain or hardship, Romans 8:18 offers an incredible promise: 'The pain that you've been feeling, can't compare to the joy that's coming.' It helps me put my present difficulties into perspective and look forward with optimism, knowing that God has good plans for my future and that brighter days are ahead.
