🥤 TRYING THE NEW HOLIDAY ICE 🥤
❗❗MY PERSONAL OPINION❗❗
(I'M NOT SPONSORED)
Apple Cider: 7/10
It tasted like apples with hints of cinnamon as you drink. The flavor was really delightful, and no aftertaste. It look like it as well. I did not rank it higher because I simply like it, however I do not find it extremely delicious. I finished this one, and will be finishing the others sometime this month.
Cranberry Frost: 5/10
To me, it tastes like the dark red ICE, just with a sugary aftertaste that is like melted cotton candy. However, this could just be me since I do not drink and/or like sugary drinks as much. One of my cousins and his siblings like it though, so I'll give the rest to them.
Ginger Lime: 4/10
For me, a strong ginger smell and flavor hits you at the sip then leaves. The after taste is fizzy and unpleasant. The fizz traveled to my nose and was an undescribable unpleasant feeling.
Lemon Lime: 9/10
It tastes like a Sprite with less fizz, but slightly sweeter. It's very pleasant, and I will be finishing these as well.
Overall, I would personally rate them a 6.5 out of ten together wise since some flavors were unpleasant in my opinion, and vice versa. No hate on people who love the Cranberry Frost and Ginger Lime—I personally do not find it pleasant.
(All of the ICEs that I didn't drink because I didn't like or simply had no more room for in my fridge were given away to family and homeless people.)
Trying out seasonal sparkling waters like the new Holiday Ice lineup is always a delightful way to explore fresh tastes without added sugars. These drinks are perfect for those looking to enjoy festive flavors while maintaining a zero-sugar option. The Apple Cider flavor offers a warm, comforting blend of apple and cinnamon—classic holiday spices that appeal to many, providing a satisfying yet subtle taste without any unwelcome aftertaste. This makes it a great choice for sipping by the fire or pairing with a cozy winter snack. On the sweeter side, the Cranberry Frost reflects traditional holiday cranberries but comes with a sugary twist reminiscent of melted cotton candy. This might appeal to those with a sweet tooth, although it might be overpowering for people who prefer less sugary or less artificially sweetened beverages. If you or your guests lean towards sweeter drinks, Cranberry Frost can be a crowd-pleaser. The Ginger Lime flavor delivers a sharp, pronounced ginger presence that can be polarizing. While ginger is celebrated for its digestive benefits and warming qualities, the fizzy aftertaste affecting the nasal passages might not be comfortable for everyone. This highlights how individual taste preferences can vary widely when it comes to stronger botanical notes in sparking beverages. Lastly, Lemon Lime stands out as a refreshing, lightly sweetened alternative to traditional sodas like Sprite, with less carbonation but enough zest to feel lively and refreshing. This flavor is particularly versatile, suitable for casual enjoyment or as a mixer in holiday cocktails or mocktails. Overall, the collection averages around a 6.5 out of 10 based on personal taste, showing how diverse flavor profiles cater to different palates during the holiday season. Sharing these drinks with family, friends, or even giving some away ensures that they don't go to waste, embracing the holiday spirit of giving. If you’re considering trying these flavors, think about your preference for sweetness, spice, and fizziness, as these are key factors impacting enjoyment. Zero sugar content and inclusion of vitamins also make these drinks a guilt-free option for festive hydration. Seasonal sparkling waters like these are a fun, flavorful way to keep refreshed during winter celebrations without added calories or sugar crashes.
