Every matcha drink has a matcha base, no matter what. And before anything MATCHA IS TEA- green tea specifically haha. I don’t go in with 2tbsp to make matcha, that would be crazy ( to me) so this is generally how I do it and of course I can add more matcha/ more water depending on the consisten
