Starting a health journey can feel overwhelming, but I've found that breaking it down into manageable daily habits makes all the difference. One thing I've learned is that consistency over 21 days can truly help rewire your routine and mindset. Throughout my journey, I made small but impactful changes like eating only when hungry, drinking plenty of water, and journaling each morning to track my progress. Of course, life isn’t perfect — I’ve experienced setbacks due to stress and emotional challenges, especially when balancing relationships and school. What’s helped me the most is having a strong support network of friends and family, and holding myself accountable by sharing my goals publicly. It’s so important not to isolate yourself during tough times; reaching out and staying connected has been a key part of my healing and growth. If you’re considering starting your own health journey, remember to focus on holistic wellness: caring for your body, mind, and social connections together. Tailor your goals to what feels achievable for you and celebrate every small success. Building habits like consistent workouts, clean eating, and mindfulness doesn’t happen overnight — but with patience and persistence, it absolutely is possible.
