lately i’ve been reaching for this instead of coffee and it’s honestly become one of my favorite parts of the day🍵🤍.

there’s something about making it from scratch that feels a little slower and more intentional, especially when everything else feels rushed. This is better for me than coffee and makes my day go by smoother 🌿

i’ve been keeping it really simple with just ice and milk, sometimes a blueberry or strawberry purée and it still feels like a small treat every time. it’s one of those routines i didn’t expect to enjoy this much..
