Toddler DISAPPROVED tv shows🚫

*CONTROVERSIAL TOPIC*

The following are top 3 tv shows that are banned in OUR home.🚫 here are the reasons why:

1.Cocomelon~ Studies have shown that Cocomelon works like a drug for kids. From personal experience, my son would watch and be glued to the tv, once turning off a tantrum set loose.

2.Bebefinn~ Bebefinn works just like cocomelon. It contains catchy nursery songs and is overstimulating and exhausting.

3.Masha and the bear~ Masha acts up and is very disrespectful towards the animals. She forces them to play and throws tantrums to bear. She also always has bear on his feet running after here while she is being mischievous.

... Read moreIn today's media-driven world, parents often grapple with the content their toddlers consume. The shows identified, including Cocomelon and Bebefinn, have been backed by studies indicating their potentially harmful effects on child development. Cocomelon, known for its catchy nursery rhymes, may lead to excessive screen time, creating a dependence that provokes tantrums when turned off. This behavior mimics a 'drug-like' effect on young viewers, which experts warn against. Bebefinn shares a similar approach, providing overstimulating musical content that can hinder cognitive growth and executive function in children. Such stimulation can interfere with crucial developmental processes that are essential during early childhood. Lastly, 'Masha and the Bear' presents scenarios that showcase disruptive and disrespectful behavior. Masha's antics, filled with manipulation and disregard for the feelings of others, can influence toddlers to mimic these behaviors, resulting in challenges in social interactions later on. As parents, it becomes essential to evaluate the media consumed by our children, focusing on nurturing environments that promote positive behavior and emotional intelligence.
