Rating bread I’ve baked
Baking bread is both an art and a science, where small changes can significantly affect texture and flavor. In my recent baking adventure, I rated my creations with scores of 7/10 and 9/10, focusing on texture, taste, and enjoyment. A 7/10 loaf had fun holes but could improve its taste. The 9/10 bread was soft and delightful, emphasizing the importance of proper kneading and proofing. To achieve better results, consider the hydration level of your dough; wetter doughs generally result in a more open crumb structure. Factors such as flour quality, yeast freshness, and baking temperature also play significant roles. Experimenting with artisan bread techniques can elevate your baking game, offering a mix of tradition and creativity. By sharing our baking experiences, we can inspire each other to refine our skills and enjoy the rich world of homemade bread.

Oh my goodness they looks so good! Nothing beats fresh baked bread!
