A silent night, a starry sky,
A holy birth, a reason why.
In humble stall, a babe was laid,
The world's Redeemer, so God ordained.
An angel's song, a heavenly choir,
Proclaimed the news, a wondrous fire.
Shepherds hastened, with hearts aflame,
To witness wonder, a holy name.
Wise men journeyed, guided by a star,
Seeking the Child, from near and far.
With gifts of gold, of frankincense and myrrh,
They bowed before Him, pure and clear.
A tiny babe, a mighty King,
Eternal hope, His love does bring.
Let's celebrate this holy night,
With joy and peace, and pure delight.
