Spill the Spirits 🍸

My friend and I are going to do a podcast where we don’t spill the tea…we spill the spirits🍸

A little backstory:

Amanda and I have odd things happen to us all of the time. Our significant others are best friends and by a higher power we were brought together and have had some CRAZY similar things happen. We would talk about it all from haunted places to everyday weirdness — we talk about it all. So grab your glass, get comfy, and let’s spill the spirits!

I love listening to podcasts on my way to work and honestly it feelings like i’m in the conversation. That’s what this podcast would be! 2 girls working through life with a little help if you know what i mean 😉.

Some segments we would do is:

•Pour Decisions

A fun mini-segment where you share a personal story that went hilariously wrong — spooky or not.

•Sip or Skip

We tell two short creepy tales or urban legends — one is true, one is made up.

Listeners guess which one is real on social media (“Sip” = real, “Skip” = fake).

•Booze & Boos

We share a themed drink with you to try and give a story with it.

And soooo much more!

Let me know…would you tune in? 🚨🚨#spookypodcast #spillthespirits #fyp #paranormalpodcast

... Read moreIt's amazing how much we all love a good mystery, especially when it comes to the unexplained! My friend and I have always been drawn to those odd occurrences that make you question everything, and that's exactly what we want to explore with you on 'Spill the Spirits.' It's more than just telling spooky stories; it's about diving into the shared human experience of encountering the weird and wonderful, sometimes with a chill down your spine and sometimes with a chuckle. We've both had our fair share of 'everyday weirdness' that makes you wonder if there's more to life than meets the eye, and we've found immense joy and connection in sharing those experiences. Think about it: when you hear a tale of a haunted house or an urban legend, it sparks something within us. It’s not just about the scare; it's about exploring the boundaries of our understanding, questioning what's real, and perhaps even finding a strange spiritual insight in the unknown. We often find that these discussions, whether about a fleeting ghost sighting or an inexplicable shared dream, can be incredibly transformative. They open up conversations about belief, perception, and the deeper, often unspoken, connections we have to history and to each other. Even confronting the idea of a 'skull' or a 'spiderweb' in a story can be a way to playfully engage with our fears and the darker aspects of folklore, turning something potentially scary into a shared, cathartic experience. Our 'Sip or Skip' segment, for instance, isn't just a game of true or false. It delves into folklore and history, presenting narratives that have shaped communities and fears for generations. Understanding these tales, even the made-up ones, can offer a unique perspective on human psychology and cultural evolution. It makes you think about why certain stories resonate, and what they reveal about our collective consciousness. And in 'Booze & Boos,' we blend the fun of a themed drink with stories that range from eerie to heartwarming, proving that even spooky elements like a friendly ghost or an old legend can bring people together in unexpected ways. It's a chance to savor a moment, learn something new, and feel part of a conversation that's both entertaining and thought-provoking. We believe that sharing these 'pour decisions' and everyday weirdness creates a space for positive transformation. It’s about building community, finding comfort in shared experiences, and realizing that you're not alone in encountering life's little (and big) mysteries. Sometimes, just having a laugh or a gasp with someone over a shared spooky story is all the spiritual uplift you need. It’s a chance to unwind, connect, and maybe even see the world a little differently after each episode. We hope to foster a community where listeners feel empowered to share their own odd stories, finding validation and new perspectives within our 'Spill the Spirits' family. So, grab your glass, get comfy, and let's explore those fascinating, sometimes chilling, but always intriguing corners of reality together!
