Peppery Garlic Butter Steak Bake With Melty Cheese Crown
Ingredients:
- 2 lbs of steak (sirloin or ribeye works well)
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup of butter, melted
- 1 tsp of black pepper
- 1/2 tsp of salt
- 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 400°F.
2. In a small bowl, mix together the minced garlic, melted butter, black pepper, and salt.
3. Place the steak in a baking dish and pour the garlic butter mixture over the top, making sure to coat the steak evenly.
4. Bake the steak in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until it reaches your desired level of doneness.
