Time: ~25 minutes
Equipment: Just a mat (and optional ankle weights if you’re feelin’ spicy!)
Vibe: Fun, flowy, and all about that peach power. Slow, controlled, and booty-focused!
Warm-Up (5 Minutes)
Let’s get that blood flowing and wake up the 🍑.
1. Bridge Lifts (1 min)
• Lie on your back, knees bent, feet flat.
• Lift your hips to the sky, squeeze your glutes, and lower back down.
2. Tabletop Hip Circles (2 min – 1 min per side)
• Get into an all-fours position (tabletop).
• Extend your right leg straight back and draw big circles with your foot. Switch sides.
3. Squat Pulses (2 min)
• Stand tall, feet shoulder-width apart. Lower into a squat and pulse up and down (small movements). Keep your chest lifted.
🍑 Glute-Burning Circuit (15 Minutes)
Let ’s set that booty on fire! Move slow and steady – quality over speed.
Do 2 rounds, resting for 30 seconds between exercises.
1. Single-Leg Glute Bridge (1 min per side)
• Lie on your back, knees bent. Extend one leg straight up.
• Press into your other foot to lift your hips and squeeze your glutes at the top. Lower back down.
• Switch sides.
2. Fire Hydrants (1 min per side)
• In tabletop position, lift your knee out to the side (like a dog at a fire hydrant, lol).
• Keep your core tight and don’t tilt your hips!
3. Donkey Kicks (1 min per side)
• Still in tabletop, kick one leg straight up toward the ceiling with your foot flexed.
• Squeeze at the top and keep your movements controlled.
4. Clamshells (1 min per side)
• Lie on your side, knees bent, and feet together.
• Open your top knee like a “clamshell” while keeping your feet together.
• Bonus: Add a resistance band for extra burn.
5. Squat to Tip-Toe Lift (1 min)
• Lower into a squat, then rise up onto your toes, squeezing your glutes as you lift.
• Repeat for 1 minute – feel that booty burn!
Cool Down & Stretch (5 Minutes)
Give that 🍑 some love!
1. Pigeon Pose (1 min per side)
• From plank, bring one knee forward to the mat and extend the other leg back. Sink into the stretch.
2. Butterfly Stretch (1 min)
• Sit with the soles of your feet together. Let your knees fall open and gently lean forward.
3. Seated Forward Fold (1 min)
• Stretch those hamstrings and glutes by reaching for your toes.
4. Child’s Pose (1 min)
• Sit back on your heels, arms stretched out. Relax and breathe.
