東海の冬デートって「寒いけど、ちゃんと特別感はほしい」日が多くて、私は名古屋駅（名駅）エリアのイルミをよく使います。駅直結〜徒歩圏に固まっているので、移動で体が冷えにくいし、12月の夜でもサクッと回れて満足度が高いです。 まずおすすめの回り方は、点灯が始まる17:00以降に集合して“屋外→屋内”の順に行くこと。体感的に、外イルミでしっかり冬っぽさを味わってから館内のスポットに入ると、寒さがリセットされてデートが途切れにくいです。私が行った日は、写真を撮る人が多い場所ほど「長居せずに1〜2分で撮る」意識があるとスムーズでした。 写真を可愛く撮りたい人向けのコツもいくつか。ドーム型イルミやスノードームは、正面から撮るより少し斜め（45度くらい）に立つと立体感が出やすいです。スマホなら“0.5倍”で背景の光を広く入れて、人物は画面の下1/3に配置するとイルミが主役になって盛れました。自撮りコーナーがある場所は、スマホを少し高めに構えるとツリーや光が頭の上にきれいに入ります。 冬の名古屋・12月の過ごし方としては、イルミ＋温かい飲み物で休憩を挟むのが定番。混む時間帯（18〜20時前後）は特に、先に“ショータイム”の時間を確認してから回ると「着いたのに終わってた…」が減ります。JRゲートタワーみたいに時間が決まっている演出は、そこを軸に前後のスポットを組むと効率的でした。 1月に名古屋で冬デートするなら、12月より人が落ち着く日もあって狙い目です（開催期間が長いスポットは特に）。寒さ対策は、手袋より“指先が出せるタイプ”が写真撮影に便利でした。 最後に、名駅イルミは「全部1日で回れる」のが最大の強み。クリスマス前後は並ぶこともあるので、撮影はテンポよく、次の場所でまた撮るくらいの気持ちで回るとストレス少なく楽しめます。
