Many of us find strength in feeling spiritually protected, and I have experienced this deeply in my own life. When you believe that your spirit is guarded, it changes how you face challenges and negativity. For me, symbols such as San Benito medals and devotion to Virgencita serve not just as religious icons but as daily reminders that I am watched over and shielded from harm. One powerful truth I've learned is that when you are spiritually protected, the intent of those who wish to harm you becomes less significant compared to their own consequences. This perspective helped me shift my focus from fear of external threats to cultivating inner peace and resilience. Using affirmations like "Estoy tan protegida espiritualmente que si me quieres hacer daƱo, me preocupa mĆ”s lo que te pase a ti despuĆ©s" (I am so spiritually protected that if you want to harm me, I worry more about what happens to you afterward) has strengthened my mindset. Itās a reminder that negative energy directed at me ultimately affects the sender more, freeing me from needless worry and anger. Integrating faith-based practices into daily life, such as prayer, wearing protective talismans, or simply meditating on spiritual protection, can transform intimidation and anxiety into calm determination. This personal experience has shown me that spiritual protection is not about avoiding conflict but about standing firm with faith and confidence in the face of adversity.
