LITTLE SPOON MEALS FOR MY BABY

My baby recently started solids (pediatrician approved) but I’m starting with puree, I am really loving this brand so what I do is mixing one container with one ounce of breast milk and since she’s only 5 months it makes 4 portions so I keep 2 in the refrigerator and I freeze 2, I do the same with the other two containers so I have food for 4 days ❤️#lemon8diarychallenge

Little Spoon offers a selection of organic meals designed specifically for babies. Combining purees with breast milk not only enhances the flavor but also provides essential nutrients. For instance, the tropical bowl featuring blueberries and carrots can be a delightful treat. This is how to manage portion sizes effectively: mix one container of puree with an ounce of breast milk to create four portions, perfect for meal prep. Additionally, freezing meals is a great method to ensure you have healthy options available throughout the week. Store two portions in the fridge and two in the freezer to maintain freshness. As your baby grows, consider gradually introducing more textures and flavors, ensuring they experience a variety of tastes. You can also explore complementary foods, such as adding millet or other grains, to elevate the nutritional profile of their meals. Remember to always consult with your pediatrician about new foods to introduce!
