Fragrance oils I made into eau de parfume!
Haven’t posted in a while but definitely haven’t stopped the shenanigans with my fragrances 🤪. Here’s a few of my favorite perfume oils that I turned into Eau de parfumes. I absolutely love a good oil but I also love protection. Oils typically don’t project. They are smelled by people close to you. However, turning those same oils into a eau de parfume definitely gave me the projection & longevity I was looking for. Longevity is about 6 hours on skin but I smelled it all day on my clothes. I also didn’t want to pay the price for these perfumes from them people stores😂. The oils I have done so far are;
Lost Cherry 🍒 by Tom Ford
Black Orchid by Tom Ford
Black Opium by YSL
La Vie Est Belle (not shown)

Creating your own Eau de Parfum from fragrance oils is not only a fun DIY project but also a great way to customize scents that suit your personal style. Fragrance oils like Lost Cherry by Tom Ford and Black Opium by YSL can be transformed into Eau de Parfum, providing enhanced projection and longevity. Unlike typical oil fragrances, which may not project well, Eau de Parfums offer a more robust scent experience that lasts up to 6 hours on skin and could linger on clothes throughout the day. This is particularly useful for those who wish to enjoy their favorite scents without spending a fortune at retail stores. When making your own perfumes, it's important to pay attention to the types of oils used and their specific notes. For example, combining fruity and floral notes can create a balance that is refreshing yet sophisticated. Additionally, using fixatives like sandalwood or benzoin can help your fragrance last longer, enlightening your senses as you move through your day. Whether you are an experienced DIY connoisseur or just starting your fragrance journey, crafting your Eau de Parfum allows for creativity and personalization. Moreover, the trending interest in natural and homemade products makes DIY perfumery an even more appealing option. With minimal investment, anyone can create unique scents suited to various occasions, from daily wear to special events. Don’t forget to experiment and have fun with different combinations, ensuring your personal touch shines through in every bottle!

I’ve been an oil girl since the early 1990’s,so I feel perfume oils have always projected better on my skin and clothing than some of my best perfumes.
