Every day after a long day at work , my mental is so out of whack. The moment I walk into my home (my little peaceful world) I need to unwind from the day to get the next part of my day started!

You don’t have to have a routine but find ways to unwind.

For me:

• A good movie or show to watch (African/Netflix/Tubi)

• a meal I love (cook it myself )

• a comfortable spot In my home

• depending on the day : Dancing (Haitian music)
