Counting my steps

Wow! I am actually counting my steps ! And this time I am serious about it . I use to count my steps but was not serious about because it didn’t really make sense to me … but now at my lovely age of 39yrs old I am counting my steps 😂😂 .

👉🏽 it was advised that the minimum steps a day is 10, 0000 step. At first I thought it was easy because I am always walking but honey it is not because my maximum I’ve done in a day is est. 6,000 steps.

👉🏽my goal now is to do 10,000 step a day atleast 3days out the week and work my way up 🤞🏽
