On (THIS) Monday we Hit LEGS AND GLUTES !

I think I enjoyed my weekend a little too much because I overslept 🙃 but I still got a good workout in ! Kicked off the week with LEGS and GLUTES! I use 15,20, and 25 pound dumbbells with a resistance band for this workout. I did 4 sets of 10-15 depending on the weight I was using. Happy
