福岡旅行で特に印象に残ったのは、博多とりかわ大臣でいただいたとりかわ串でした。外側はパリッと香ばしく、中はとても柔らかいレア感があり、塩とタレの両方を試してみましたが、塩は素材の旨味をシンプルに引き立て、タレは甘みと深みのある味わいが楽しめて、それぞれの良さを実感しました。 また、博多もつ鍋 おおやまで食べた味噌味のもつ鍋は、期待以上に濃厚でコク深く、驚くほど美味しくて感動しました。コラーゲンたっぷりのモツがとろけるようで、寒い季節にぴったりの一品だと感じました。 牧のうどんの麺は、注文時に“麺の硬さ”を中にしましたが、柔らかさが絶妙で食べても食べても減らない感覚に驚きました。こちらのスープは旨味がたっぷりで、追いスープしてもその美味しさが続くため、最後まで満足できました。 福岡空港の伊都きんぐでは、福岡県産あまおう苺を使ったどらきんぐ生を再訪し、最初の感動を再び味わいました。お土産としても大変喜ばれる一品で、苺の甘酸っぱい風味が生クリームと相まって絶妙な甘味バランスでした。 福岡はグルメだけでなく街全体も都会的で洗練されており、女子旅にもぴったりなスポットが点在しています。次回の訪問では、今回行けなかったカフェや隠れ家的なお店も探訪したいと思っています。 旅行を通して感じたのは、美味しいものの魅力は味だけでなく、訪れた場所の雰囲気やそこで過ごす時間が思い出となって心に残るということです。皆さんも福岡での食旅をぜひ楽しんでみてください。
