Today's pasta: I chose "Red sea bream with lemon cream sauce." It was rich but refreshing with lemon and thick tagliatelle with sauce.

私自身、善光寺周辺でのランチに迷った際に「こまつや」さんを訪れました。古民家の趣ある雰囲気はゆったりした休日にぴったりで、心も体もリラックスできます。特に印象に残ったのはスープのミネストローネ。野菜がたっぷり入っていて、パンも柔らかくて美味しかったです。前菜盛り合わせはひとつひとつが丁寧 に作られていて、その美しさに目でも楽しめました。手作りハムの柔らかさは新鮮な驚きでした。 パスタは私も「真鯛のレモンクリームソース」を選びましたが、レモンのさっぱりとした後味と濃厚なクリームソースが絶妙なバランス。太めのタリアテッレに絡んだソースは旨味が際立ち、まさに至福の一皿でした。デザートもアールグレイのクリームブリュレと塩をつけて食べるバスクチーズケーキがあり、最後まで楽しめる味わいです。 また、予約なしで訪問した際も、お店の名前を書いて順番に電話で呼び出してもらえるサービスがあり、善光寺参拝後にお店の前で並ばずに済みました。スタッフの方々の気遣いや接客も明るく親切で、料理の説明も丁寧。こうした細やかな配慮がリピーターを増やしている理由だと感じます。 善光寺観光の合間に食事場所を探している方には、「こまつや」がベストな選択肢です。地元産の食材を生かした美味しい料理とともに、信州の魅力を感じられるひとときを体験してください。次回もぜひ訪れたいと思います。
