what to expect when you’re expecting 🤰✨

... Read morePregnancy is an exciting journey, but it can be overwhelming for many. During the first trimester, expect a plethora of symptoms including nausea, fatigue, and hormonal changes. Blood work and ultrasounds are essential for monitoring your health and your baby's development. As you transition into the second trimester, many women report a reprieve from morning sickness, although new issues like congestion and back pain can arise. This is also the time when many parents find out their baby's gender, which adds to the excitement. Be prepared for your belly to grow and enjoy feeling those first kicks! The third trimester can bring discomfort, but it's important to stay active as much as possible. Common experiences include Braxton Hicks contractions, not-so-fun symptoms like heartburn and frequent urination, and preparing for labor. Remember, each pregnancy is unique, so be in tune with your body and keep healthcare providers informed. Always consult your doctor if any concerns arise throughout your pregnancy journey.
