Did you know that if you walk a minimum of 5,000 miles a day it reduces the symptoms of depression?! Only you can choose how you want to feel. I know some people can say/do things to make you feel upset. Just remember in the end that your actions can change everything. If you are feeling upset for any reason try one or two of these things. Always remember that you are perfect the way you are. Only you can do things for yourself.
