Pre workout/Post Workout 🏋🏽‍♀️

In the am I typically like to do two eggs 🍳 with a grapefruit or a cup of strawberries 🍓 followed up with some just cranberry juice & tbspn of chlorophyll.

Once I leave the gym my protein is already waiting on me to intake I use a scoop Ina half ☺️

After that I may follow up with a bowl of oatmeal or turkey bacon depending on how I’m feeling.. what do yall eat for pre/post workout ? 🌸#postworkout #bodytransformation
