What I No Longer Care for with Self-care 🎀

The limiting belief that self-care is expensive and you have to do a million aesthetic things. It's easy to turn our self-care routines into yet another source of stress. But true self-care is should be about relaxation, mind renewal, joy, and nourishment, not added pressure.

🌸 Here are 3 Ways I Make Selfcare Enjoyable:

Keep It Simple 🧘🏿‍♀️

Self-care doesn't have to be elaborate.

Sometimes, the simplest activities bring the most peace. Think about a warm cup of tea, a cozy blanket, and a good book. Find what genuinely relaxes you and make that your go-to.

Listen to Your Body 🛀🏾

Every day is different. Some days, you might feel like doing a full gym routine, while other days, a quick at-home workout and a few deep breaths are enough. Tune into what your body needs at the moment and honor that.

Quality Over Quantity 💗

It's not about how many self-care activities you do but how much you enjoy them and the positive progress you are making. Focus on a few things that truly make you feel good. Whether it's a walk in nature, a hobby you love, or simply doing nothing at all, let your self-care be meaningful and not just another task.
