The reason why it’s hard for you to put yourself first is because of guilt. It has nothing to do with the time. It has nothing to do with lack of money or resources has everything to do with guilt. You feel there’s something else or someone else better you could be doing with your time, energy or money rather than taking care of yourself.

It’s an underlying fear of either missing out or abandonment. That if you make yourself a priority that thing will no longer be there.
