I got Featured on CNA Article ✨

Hey Lemon8! It’s been a while since my last post 💛 Just wanna say thank you for all the kind comments and for sharing your own experiences with me.

So, last week I did an e‑interview with a CNA journalist (they reached out here and on IG) about this post here! Honestly, I didn’t expect it to blow up because I was just sharing my own journey at work.

I agreed to the interview because I know there are others like me—living with the same mental condition while still showing up to support ourselves and our families. Even if I can’t do much, I hope my story gives someone out there a little inspiration. The article also includes other people’s voices, so it’s not just about me.

You can check it out the article on the CNA website or WhatsApp channel, or just click the link in my IG bio.

Drop your questions below—I’ll try to reply as soon as I can! ✨

... Read moreDisclosing mental health conditions at work can be daunting because of potential stigma and fear of being treated differently. From personal experience and stories shared in CNA, I’ve learned how important confidentiality and understanding from employers are. It’s been a relief to see more open conversations around mental health lately. When I agreed to the e-interview, I wanted to show that despite mental health challenges, it is possible to maintain a career and support loved ones. The CNA article also discusses concerns like confidentiality breaches and how some hesitate to disclose their conditions to managers or colleagues. This rings true for many of us because the fear of being labeled or misunderstood is real. Reflecting on this, I encourage others to advocate for safe and supportive workplaces, where mental health is treated with the same respect as physical health. If you’re living with a similar condition, remember that sharing your experience can inspire and connect you with others. I invite you to read more on the CNA platform where this conversation continues, helping to break the silence around mental health at work.
