Lighting Palo Santo and bathing with Epsom salts are excellent for cleansing energy, which I combine with mindful breathing exercises to maintain balanced chakras and a peaceful mind. Mindfulness meditation and acts of kindness foster oxytocin and serotonin production, the “love hormone” and mood stabilizer. These small but consistent actions make a big difference in my overall sense of well-being and emotional resilience.
