đŽI am scared to try these đĨ´ here's why..
I am only scared because it's from dollar tree and their styling products I don't do I think I only bought one styling products and it was a spritz and it only have a couple ingredients and they sell vo5 which I use but I get it from Kroger...other than that I don't use their styling products at all oh and I did try a curl enhancer which was đĨ
have y'all tried this the ingredients are clean, simple and the action each are supposed to produce seems legit and I compared ingredients and they aren't the same.
when ingredients are the same for two different names products it means they are fibbing about what it should do and it's action won't be beneficial at all..
so I really wanna try them the argon oil one smelled so amazing đ and the texture (which I only looked at) was thick and seemed very hydrating so I really wanna try...but I wanna know...
would y'all try these?? đ

Hey everyone! So, my recent Dollar Tree trip left me with a major beauty dilemma, and I just HAD to share it with you all. Like many of you, I'm usually pretty cautious about hair products from discount stores. There's this automatic thought, 'If it's so cheap, can it really be good for my hair?' But then I spotted these two Salon Selectives leave-in conditioners, and my curiosity was seriously piqued. The first one that caught my eye was the purple bottle: the 'Instant Repair' conditioner with Brazilian Keratin Oil. Keratin, as many of us know, is a powerhouse ingredient for strengthening hair, reducing breakage, and improving overall texture. It's often found in much more expensive salon brands, so seeing it in a Dollar Tree product immediately made me pause. My hair can get pretty brittle, especially at the ends, so the idea of an 'instant repair' treatment for just a dollar had me wondering if it could be a secret weapon. Then there was the blue bottle: the 'Frizz Control' smoothing product with Argan Oil. Argan oil is another holy grail ingredient in the hair world, celebrated for its hydrating, softening, and frizz-fighting properties. Living in a humid climate, frizz control is always on my radar, and a smoothing product with Argan Oil sounded incredibly appealing. I even gave it a quick sniff â and that argan oil one smelled amazing, which is always a bonus! My initial hesitation, like many of you might feel, definitely stemmed from the 'Dollar Tree' label. We've all seen those products that promise the world but deliver nothing, or worse, leave your hair feeling worse than before. However, I've learned a trick for evaluating budget beauty buys: always check the ingredients. While I'm no chemist, I looked at the labels of these Salon Selectives leave-in hair products, and honestly, the primary ingredients listed seemed promising and clean. They weren't just a bunch of unpronounceable chemicals. It made me think, perhaps some brands reformulate for discount stores, but sometimes, you just find a genuine steal. So, would I actually try them? After a lot of internal debate, I think I'm going to! My plan is to patch test first, maybe on a small section of hair or even on my skin, just to be safe. If that goes well, I'll incorporate one into my routine to see how my hair reacts. I'll probably start with the 'Frizz Control' smoothing product with Argan Oil, as frizz is my biggest concern right now. For anyone else eyeing these budget-friendly finds, here's my advice: Don't let the price tag completely deter you. Do your research, check those ingredient lists, and if it feels right, give it a cautious try. You might just uncover a fantastic product that saves you a ton of money. Plus, imagine the satisfaction of finding such a gem at Dollar Tree! I'll definitely be sharing an update once I've had a chance to properly use these Salon Selectives leave-in conditioners. Have any of you tried them, or other Dollar Tree hair products that surprised you? Let me know your experiences!
