Ok so i didn’t understand the hype of the tarte tubing mascara but i was in the market for a new brown mascara and figured i’d try it. I LOVE IT! part of the reason i hate wearing mascara is the cleanup if i wash and scrub my face i look like a raccoon and i can never just get everything off
