Almost half way through 🥹💕

16 weeks already man where has the time gone 😢

I feel like it was just a few weeks ago that I found out I was pregnant now I’m almost halfway to the finish line.

I guess this can be a mini update for you all that’s been with me since finding out.

- My gender reveal is for August 11th

- I was diagnosed with HG but I’m rarely throwing up now maybe only 2-4x a week before it was double that.

- I’m still my same size but my belly definitely pokes out way more

-My lease ends the same time I’m expected to have bean so I’m a little stressed about that.

- I’m happy about moving though because I HATE where I live now

- Been taking my vitamins everyday and my hair is growing ALOT

- Can’t wait to meet my bean 💕💕💕

- I wish I got more ultrasound throughout my pregnancy I feel like I should see my baby every appointment

Many women will relate to the struggles of morning sickness, especially those diagnosed with Hyperemesis Gravidarum (HG), where the symptoms can significantly fluctuate throughout the journey. While some may experience relief as pregnancy progresses, the daunting impact of HG can remain a concern. Planning for milestones such as gender reveals or baby showers often creates excitement but can also bring additional stress, particularly when coupled with life changes like moving homes, as you've expressed. It’s essential to maintain a support system and prioritize self-care amidst these transitions. In terms of nutrition, taking prenatal vitamins is crucial for both the mother and baby's health, ensuring that essential nutrients are provided during this vital growth period. Engaging with online communities or forums with hashtags like #pregnant or #4monthsdown can facilitate connections with others experiencing similar journeys, providing comfort and shared wisdom. Finally, many mothers share the desire for more frequent ultrasounds, as they serve as a source of reassurance. Being able to see the baby at different stages can help create a bond and ease anxieties related to pregnancy. Celebrating each milestone, whether big or small, can help in creating a positive outlook as you approach the arrival of your little one.
