In the past, I used to think like that.
Think if you have your own business,
No chief.
No clocking required
Don't listen to anyone complain.
Life would be more comfortable than being an employee.
But when the store was actually opened...
That's why I know
Business owners don't have a boss.
Just change from one boss.
There are dozens of heads at once. 😅
🐷. Customers call by stuff.
📦 Sales speeding up.
🏦 Interest bank.
🚚 Waste delivery car
👨🔧. Staff leave.
📈. Raw materials raise prices.
📋. Taxes are waiting at the end of the year.
Some days have not yet eaten breakfast.
The problem is already queuing up.
And what people rarely see is
A lot of sales.
Doesn't mean a lot of profit
Lots of profit
Doesn't mean there's a lot of cash left.
Many times, business owners have to sit stressed over matters that outsiders have never seen.
To understand that
The word "master yourself."
In the real world.
Is to be responsible for everything by yourself.
But even tired
I still don't regret having done business.
Because it teaches finance, people management and problem-solving.
More than many books combined.

การเป็นเจ้าของธุรกิจนั้น ไม่ใช่แค่การได้เป็น "นายตัวเอง" ตามที่หลายคนฝันไว้ แต่หมายถึงการต้องแบกรับความรับผิดชอบและเผชิญหน้ากับอุปสรรคหลากหลายอย่างในแต่ละวัน รวมไปถึงความกดดันที่คุณไม่เคยรู้มาก่อนว่า "หัวหน้า" ใหม่ของเจ้าของธุรกิจมีมากกว่าหนึ่งคน ไม่ว่าจะเป็นลูกค้าที่โทรตามของ เซลส์ที่เร่งยอดขาย ธนาคารที่คอยทวงดอกเบี้ย พนักงานที่ลางาน วัตถุดิบที่ราคาขึ้น รวมถึงภาษีต่างๆ ที่รออยู่ปลายปี สิ่งเหล่านี้ล้วนเป็นความจริงที่เจ้าของธุรกิจต้องจัดการอย่างไม่หยุดหย่อน จากประสบการณ์จริง หลายครั้งที่ยอดขายจำนวนมากไม่ได้แปลว่าจะมีกำไรเยอะ หรือกำไรมากไม่ได้หมายความว่าจะมีเงินสดเพียงพอ จึงทำให้เจ้าของธุรกิจต้องคิดและวางแผนการเงินอย่างรอบคอบ ระมัดระวังการใช้จ่าย และบริหารคนอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ เพื่อรักษาสภาพคล่องของธุรกิจไว้ให้ได้ การเรียนรู้เรื่องการเงิน การบริหารคน และการแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าทุกวันกลายเป็นบทเรียนที่ล้ำค่ามากกว่าหนังสือเรียนหลายเล่ม นอกจากนี้ การจัดการกับปัญหาต่างๆที่เข้ามาไม่ขาดสาย เช่น การจัดการออเดอร์ค้างส่ง การเผชิญกับค่าใช้จ่ายโรงงาน หรือหนี้สินสั้นระยะเวลาที่ต้องรับมือ ต้องอาศัยความอดทนและความยืดหยุ่น การตัดสินใจที่เด็ดขาดในเวลาที่เหมาะสมเป็นสิ่งสำคัญมากสำหรับการรักษาธุรกิจให้รอดพ้นจากวิกฤต สิ่งสำคัญที่ควรแบ่งปันกับเพื่อนผู้ประกอบการ คือ อย่าหวังเพียงว่า "เป็นนายตัวเอง" จะทำให้ชีวิตง่ายขึ้น แต่ควรเตรียมใจรับมือกับความท้าทายและเรียนรู้ที่จะรับผิดชอบทุกอย่างด้วยตัวเอง เพียงเท่านี้ก็จะช่วยพัฒนาทักษะการบริหารธุรกิจและเสริมสร้างความแข็งแกร่งในด้านการเงินและการบริหารจัดการมากขึ้นอย่างแท้จริง หากคุณเพิ่งเริ่มต้นทำธุรกิจ การได้ฟังเรื่องราวและประสบการณ์ตรงแบบนี้จะช่วยให้เตรียมตัวรับมือกับความจริงในโลกธุรกิจได้ดีขึ้น และเข้าใจว่าความสำเร็จไม่ได้มาโดยง่าย แต่เกิดจากความทุ่มเท การแก้ไขปัญหา และการเรียนรู้อย่างไม่หยุดยั้ง
