It's normal to experience moments of self-doubt, but I’ve found that recognizing your own achievements can help you build resilience. One thing that really changed my mindset was realizing that while I often question my own ability to handle challenges, others see my dedication and wonder how I manage it all. This contrast can serve as a powerful reminder that you’re stronger than you think. Whenever I feel doubtful, I take some time to reflect on what I've accomplished, no matter how small. Keeping a journal of daily wins helps me shift focus from insecurities to progress. It also reminds me that the effort I put in is visible and inspiring to others. Another approach that helped me was surrounding myself with supportive people who encourage growth and celebrate strengths. Their perspective gives me new confidence when self-doubt creeps in. Remember, your journey is unique, and comparing yourself to others rarely helps; instead, appreciating your own path can boost self-belief. Lastly, embracing challenges as opportunities to learn rather than threats to your capabilities fosters growth and resilience. When you start viewing your hard work as something admirable, it becomes easier to overcome internal doubts. Trust yourself—you’re capable of more than you realize, and sometimes others see that before you do.
