IM HUNGRY NOW!!
We've all experienced moments when hunger hits so hard it feels like your "stomach is touching your back," as the saying goes. This intense feeling of starvation can often make it challenging to think clearly or make healthy food choices. From personal experience, waiting too long to eat often leads me to binge on whatever is immediately available, which sometimes isn't the best for my well-being. To manage such extreme hunger, I found it helpful to plan small, nutrient-dense snacks throughout the day rather than skipping meals. Foods rich in protein, fiber, and healthy fats—such as nuts, yogurt, or fruit—help keep hunger at bay and prevent that dreaded starving sensation. Additionally, staying hydrated is crucial, as thirst can sometimes feel like hunger. When I drink water regularly, my stomach feels less aggressive in signaling hunger. Mindful eating plays a significant role too; paying attention to the food, chewing slowly, and savoring every bite can improve digestion and satisfaction. If you frequently find yourself "starvin'" to the point of discomfort, it might be worth evaluating your meal patterns and nutrition. Sometimes, hunger signals are a cry for balanced meals rather than just quick fixes. Incorporating regular, balanced meals and healthy snacks into your daily routine can transform how you experience hunger and energy levels throughout the day.

This was me yesterday I woke up 7 and didn’t eat until 9 that night 😂
