สำหรับผู้ที่สนใจในประวัติและกิจกรรมของ มณฑลทหารบกที่ 45 คงจะทราบดีถึงบทบาทสำคัญในการส่งเสริมวินัยและคุณค่าของกองทัพบกในพื้นที่ ภายในศูนย์ฝึกวิชาทหาร วิภาวดี ที่ตั้งอยู่ในกรุงเทพฯ ถือเป็นแหล่งฝึกสอนทหารหน้าใหม่ที่มีประสิทธิภาพสูงในการพัฒนากำลังพลให้มีความพร้อมทางร่างกายและจิตใจ นอกจากนี้ยังมีบุคคลสำคัญอย่างถิรวัฒน์ ศรีสุวรรณ ที่มีส่วนช่วยเสริมสร้างการฝึกอบรมและกิจกรรมต่างๆ ภายในศูนย์ฝึกวิชาทหาร วิภาวดี อีกด้วย การเข้าใจบทบาทของแต่ละหน่วยงานและบุคคลสำคัญเหล่านี้จะช่วยให้ผู้ที่สนใจได้เห็นภาพรวมของการพัฒนากำลังพลและวิธีการดำเนินงานตามแนวทางของกองทัพบกที่มุ่งเน้นคุณภาพและความรับผิดชอบ การเข้าร่วมพิธีสำคัญเช่นนี้ไม่เพียงแต่เป็นการรำลึกถึงพระมหากรุณาธิคุณเท่านั้น แต่ยังสร้างความรู้สึกภาคภูมิใจและส่งเสริมความรักชาติให้แก่กำลังพลและประชาชนในพื้นที่อีกด้วย
