you don’t have to be curvy to be more attractive

When I first started developing crushes around 14/15 years old, I was often overlooked by guys because I had a small stature. It affected my perception of dating & my self image. I always thought I had to be thicker to be more attractive.

I used to be so conscious of my weight. I’d weigh myself and make note of it every week. Whenever I lost weight I’d feel so low. I felt happier when I weighed more. As my weight changed, so did my emotions. It was an unhealthy cycle. Letting go of my weight expectations has set me free. I don’t care if I fit into the beauty standards or not. I’m just thankful to have a body that functions properly.

You are not defined by your curves, waist, bum, or your body period. True beauty resides in your mind and soul. It shows through how you treat people and yourself. Never feel like you have to follow a trend to fit in and get attention. Trends come and go, a sound mind and a pure heart will last forever.

ATTENTION FROM MEN MEANS NOTHING. Especially if it’s lustful. Men will give anyone and anything their attention. You are not merely a source of entertainment. You are a human being worthy of being loved, respected, and viewed in the proper light. Carry yourself as such.

There are so many intricate systems within our bodies that work together in order for us to be well. If one small aspect of any system goes down, so does our health. The best thing that you can do for yourself is to give your body the nourishment it needs. Whether that’s food, sunlight, exercise, or supplements.

Our bodies are unique for a reason. Cherish the fact that there is only 1 of you. Your value as a woman is not tied to how desirable you seem. Free yourself from the stress of thinking your body has to be curvy ❤️❤️❤️❤️

... Read moreIn today's world, societal expectations surrounding beauty can feel overwhelming. Many women often internalize the message that their worth is tied to their physical appearance, leading to unhealthy habits around weight and self-image. It’s crucial to understand that beauty is not confined to a singular ideal. Instead, embracing diversity in body shapes and sizes allows for a richer and more inclusive understanding of attractiveness. The key lies in nurturing a healthy relationship with your body. Regular exercise, balanced nutrition, and mental well-being should take precedence over fitting into prescribed beauty standards. Self-acceptance can empower you; appreciating your unique qualities fosters resilience against societal pressures. The journey to self-love includes recognizing that external validation, especially from fleeting trends or superficial attention, is fleeting. Instead, focus on building a strong sense of self-worth grounded in your values and capabilities. Remember, your body’s uniqueness is your strength. Celebrate it, and encourage others to do the same. In doing so, we cultivate a community that honors authenticity over conformity. Ultimately, true beauty radiates from within when you feel confident and at peace with yourself, allowing your inner light to shine through.

I find that the skinnier I am,the more sexual attention I get from men, and the more hate I receive from women.🔥
