going from this..

... Read moreLosing 35 pounds was a major turning point in my life, both physically and mentally. I used to feel constantly tired and unhealthy, weighed down not just by extra pounds but by low energy and self-doubt. The change didn't happen overnight — it took consistent effort, patience, and a shift in mindset. One thing that helped me immensely was focusing not on just the numbers on the scale but how I felt each day. I made gradual lifestyle changes such as incorporating more whole foods into my diet and finding forms of exercise I genuinely enjoyed. This made the journey feel less like a punishment and more like self-care. Another important aspect was learning to love myself throughout the process. Instead of harsh self-criticism, I practiced self-encouragement, which helped me stay motivated without losing confidence. Surrounding myself with supportive communities online and offline also provided accountability and inspiration. If you're starting your weight loss journey, remember that feeling tired or unhealthy doesn't have to be permanent. Small, consistent steps matter. Celebrate your progress — whether it's increased energy, confidence, or healthier habits. This journey is as much about improving how you feel as it is about physical changes. Embrace the process, and you'll likely discover the best feeling ever too.
