Home "Blessed Have You" Memory Space with Modern Chinese Style Home
~ Build a house, have a garden in the middle of the house to be a happy space for Ama and family.
The design of this house started with Ama's desire for a modern Chinese house that surrounded a garden and courtyard that wanted to be a gathering space for posterity. We laid out a U-shaped layout so that every room could see the center court. The collection building of Agong behind the house surrounded for privacy. The center court can walk, plant trees and play with grandchildren. It connects the bonds of all generations.
The interior of the house emphasizes transparency by designing the living room hall and dining area as a high frosted appearance to create a relaxed atmosphere and support the banquet without being uncomfortable. The decoration emphasizes warm natural materials with the use of old wood collected by Akong as doors, windows and interiors. This, in addition to creating a unique beauty, brings an impressive amount of valuable memories to the new house.
In addition to the rest area, this house reflects the identity of modern Ama by allocating mezzanine space for work and live sales, a career that Ama loves and wants to continue in the long run. The design combines modern functionality with old collectibles with old memories in them. Together with the design of a central garden that opens nature to the building, this house has become an architecture that truly answers the living and happiness of all family members.

การสร้างบ้านที่จะกลายเป็นพื้นที่แห่งความทรงจำนั้นไม่ได้จำกัดแค่ความสวยงามภายนอกเท่านั้น แต่ยังรวมถึงบรรยากาศและฟังก์ชันภายในที่ตอบโจทย์การใช้ชีวิตของทุกคนในครอบครัวอีกด้วย จากประสบการณ์ส่วนตัวของผมที่เคยร่วมงานกับผู้สูงอายุและหลายเจนเนอเรชัน การออกแบบบ้านที่มีสวนกลางบ้านนั้นช่วยเปิดโอกาสให้ทุกวัยได้สัมผัสธรรมชาติและมีพื้นที่ทำกิจกรรมร่วมกัน ซึ่งจะช่วยเสริมสร้างความสัมพันธ์ในครอบครัวให้แนบแน่นยิ่งขึ้น บ้านสไตล์จีนโมเดิร์นหลังนี้ที่วางผังเป็นรูปตัว U และมีคอร์ทกลางบ้าน ถือเป็นการออกแบบที่ชาญฉลาดอย่างมาก เพราะทุกห้องสามารถมองเห็นสวนและพื้นที่ส่วนกลางได้หมด ทำให้รู้สึกเชื่อมต่อกันตลอดเวลา ในส่วนของวัสดุที่นำไม้เก่าที่อากงสะสมมาใช้ตกแต่งภายใน ก็เป็นการรักษาความทรงจำและความอบอุ่นให้มีชีวิตอยู่ในบ้าน ความโปร่งโล่งของโถงกลางที่มีฝ้าสูงนั้นยังช่วยทำให้อากาศถ่ายเทได้ดี สร้างบรรยากาศผ่อนคลาย เหมาะสำหรับจัดงานรวมญาติหรือกิจกรรมภายในบ้านอย่างสบายใจ จุดที่น่าสนใจมากคือการแทรกพื้นที่ชั้นลอยสำหรับอาม่าที่รักการไลฟ์สดขายของ ซึ่งแสดงให้เห็นว่าการออกแบบบ้านยุคใหม่ต้องมีฟังก์ชันที่ตอบสนองชีวิตสมัยใหม่ด้วย ในมุมมองส่วนตัว ผมคิดว่าการออกแบบบ้านที่คำนึงถึงทั้งประโยชน์ใช้สอยและความรู้สึกของคนที่อยู่อาศัย รวมถึงการใส่ใจรายละเอียดอย่างการใช้ของเก่าที่มีความหมายกับครอบครัว ถือเป็นสิ่งที่ทำให้บ้านไม่ใช่แค่ที่อยู่อาศัย แต่เป็นพื้นที่แห่งความทรงจำและความสุขที่แท้จริงที่ทุกคนปรารถนา
