After all the love for my Jinx version, I just had to dive back into the world of Zaun and Piltover. Creating art inspired by such a rich universe is incredibly rewarding, and I've been pouring my energy into this piece. When I started sketching Isha, I really wanted to capture her enigmatic vibe and distinctive look. The character design in Arcane is just phenomenal, and Isha's appearance is no exception. I focused on her striking features, especially those large goggles—one with a yellow 'X' and the other with a yellow spiral—and her iconic sharp, triangular teeth. Trying to get that intricate brushwork right was a fun challenge, giving her face that intense, mysterious expression. I spent a lot of time on her facial structure, aiming for that unique Isha arcane face that fans recognize. The background was another area where I wanted to reflect the chaotic energy of Arcane. I experimented with swirling clouds and abstract patterns, incorporating vibrant shades of purple, yellow, and blue, along with those cool blue spheres, to give it that dynamic, almost magical feel. It’s all about creating an atmosphere that matches her presence, even if she's a more subtle character in the show. I often find inspiration for these kinds of chaotic backgrounds by just letting my 'intrusive thoughts drawing' take over, allowing the colors and shapes to flow naturally onto the sketchbook. Thinking about Isha's personality arcane, I always get a sense of quiet intensity from her. While the show doesn't give us much dialogue, her actions and expressions speak volumes.
