White girl clothes??

Recently I’ve started wearing clothes that make me feel good only to have people tell me I’m dressing like a white girl..

It’s super annoying honestly and doesn’t make sense. I just want to be comfortable without the weird comments.

Can you relate or not? And have you said this to someone, if so why?

Many individuals face random criticisms based on their clothing choices, leading to frustration. The phrase 'dressing like a white girl' exemplifies the awkwardness of cultural stereotyping in fashion. Understanding that everyone has their unique taste can foster acceptance. The pursuit of comfort and authenticity in attire is a common goal, regardless of cultural backgrounds. Engaging in dialogues about such experiences can help dismantle preconceived notions around clothing and identity. Sharing your thoughts or experiences can spark a broader discussion about why we categorize styles and how, ultimately, fashion should promote inclusivity over exclusion. Whenever you choose an outfit that resonates with you, remember that personal expression comes first, and it is okay to challenge societal norms in the process.
