私も最近、Lemon8でのコメント機能に明らかな不具合を感じ始めました。 特に、多くの仲良しユーザーとのやり取りで「コメントが見えていない」「返信が遅い」という経験が相次ぎ、もしかするとバグの影響が大きいのだと実感しています。例えば、コメントに「いいね」がつかない、返信が来なくなる、さらには投稿の並び順が乱れて、コメントとコメントの間に別ユーザーのコメントが割って入るなど、ユーザー体験が著しく損なわれています。 問い合わせをした際には、運営側からURLの提示を求められることも多いですが、コメント欄のURLを把握できるユーザーは少なく、スクリーンショットでの報告も運営にとって理解しづらいようで、対応が遅れているのが現状です。こうしたシステムエラーは、コメントチャレンジの条件を満たせなかったり、普通の会話すら円滑に行えない状態を引き起こしており、参加意欲が削がれることもあります。 このような問題は私だけでなく、多くのユーザーに共通する体験とも思えるので、皆さんも同じような不具合に遭遇している場合は、注意を払いつつ運営と連携を取りながら、様子を見ることをおすすめします。私自身は今後も利用を続けつつ、運営側の改善を期待しつつコメント機能の動向を観察していきたいと考えています。 今のところ、こうしたバグに対して完璧な回避策はないため、コメント内容の控えを残す、重要なやり取りは他のSNSでもフォローするなどの工夫も必要かもしれません。何より、Lemon8の コミュニティを楽しみたい気持ちを忘れずに、辛抱強く対応することが大切だと感じています。
