🔹 Description
In the eyes of the world, greatness comes from power, honor, or having someone accept it, but in the eyes of God, true greatness stems from humility and service to others.
Jesus Christ himself is the supreme example, the Creator, but he chose to be born in a manger, live a simple life, and wash his disciples' feet, showing that humility is not weakness, but the power that changes the world.
In the last days, the world will be filled with pride and self-exaltation (2 Timothy 3: 1-5), but God's people will stand out because they are humble in heart and reflect the character of Christ; this is what will make them "exalted," not in the way of the world, but in the eyes of God and in the hearts of people who truly see a life of service.
🔹. Everyday use.
Choose humility even in small matters such as admitting, apologizing, or forgiving first.
Always take the posture of the servant rather than the eligible.
Not to claim praise, but to glorify God.
In church or social service, keep asking, "Am I reflecting Christ's humility or my own pride?"
🔹 Incentive questions
Are we living to exalt ourselves, or to glorify God?
If the Most High Christ still chooses humility, will we be brave in behalf of others?
Is our greatness measured by the honor of the world, or by God-given grace?
♀ Humility is the ladder used by God to lift us up.
♀ He who chooses to bow down to serve is he whom God will raise up in due time.
