Civility is not just an outward use of soft speech or courtesy, but a reflection of a submissive heart under God, who is the source of love and mercy; being courteous and honoring others confirms that we have Christ in our hearts, because we treat others just as God treats us.

In the last days, as human coldness increases (Matthew 24: 12), many will strive for power and self-exaltation, but those who exist in civility will shine differently, testifying of Christ's character to the dark world.

1. In the family - speak in a gentle tone, honor each other, even in different opinions.

2. At work or society - be polite to colleagues, even to those who are rude to us, rather than reacting angrily.

3. In evangelizing - using politeness to attract people's minds, rather than using force to accept.

4. In relationship with God - politeness is to allow the Holy Spirit to lead life, not to follow one's pride.

Have we honored others today with our words and actions?

As this world approaches its end, will we choose to live with mildness, reflecting Christ's character?

If Jesus comes tomorrow, what attitude do we want him to find us - arrogant or humble and courteous?

People seek to exalt themselves.

But the humble received a firm blessing.

Because God lifted him above the chaos.

Polite is the footprint of Christ the Teacher.

He washed his disciples' feet to teach them.

He who is humble triumphs over evil.

He who is gentle is a light in darkness.

Choose polite, even the world does not understand.

Honor another, even if he blasphemes.

Because those who keep the mind calm and honest

Is he who glorifies God forever.
