Civility is not just outward manners, but a reflection of a submissive heart to God.
In an age when people rush and compete to lift themselves above others, choosing "polite" is to stand opposite the tide of the world.
For the polite shall not hasten to boast, neither push down others, but wait for God to lift them up in his time.
In these last days, the world will be filled with pride, unlistening, and evil.
But he who walks with modesty will be the "little light" that reflects the Savior's mind.
Witness of truth and love amid the coldness of the world.

Start each day by praying for God to help us be gentle, even when misunderstood.
Speak mercifully, even when others speak angrily.
Take the opportunity to help, not in return, but to make "the nature of God" appear in us.
In the face of injustice, remember that civility is not weakness, but the power of those who trust in Him.
