There was a boy whose father asked to help pack up the toys before going out to play with his friends, even though he wanted to hurry up, and then he went out to play.

Returning home, your parents smile with joy, and say thank you for their obedience. The boy learns that obedience is not because of fear of being scolded, but because of loving parents and loving God.

Jesus himself obeyed the Father, and as a child he obeyed Joseph and Mary, who are good examples for all of us.
