The job system is good. The head of the department will order us to walk to collect things. We have to walk a little diligently. And the best favorite is about dressing. We don't have to dress like a mall employee. (The first day we played dressed in suits, haha.)

This job is hardly very social, haha. It is really an assignment for different people to do, but overall it is very good. We do not have to be blamed for the dress, hairstyle, or time to eat, go to the bathroom, go to sleep, or walk to help other class friends. If the job is done, sit and wait for the whole department.

หนึ่งในความประทับใจของงานพาร์ทไทม์ตำแหน่ง Display ที่เซ็นทรัล คือลักษณะงานที่ค่อนข้างยืดหยุ่นและสามารถรับมือกันได้ง่าย โดยหน้าที่หลักเน้นการเก็บของตกแต่งและสื่อโฆษณาต่าง ๆ ภายในห้าง ซึ่งต้องใช้ความขยันและความคล่องตัวในการเดินตรวจตราย่านที่ได้รับมอบหมาย จากประสบการณ์ตรง พบว่างานนี้เหมาะกับผู้ที่ไม่ต้องการจำกัดเสรีภาพในการแต่งตัวหรือรูปลักษณ์ภายนอก เช่น สีผม รอยสัก ทรงผม เพราะเซ็นทรัลเอื้อเฟื้อให้แต่งตัวแบบฟรีสไตล์ได้เลย ไม่จำเป็นต้องแต่งชุดยูนิฟอร์มเหมือนพนักงานขาย (PC) ที่ต้องเคร่งครัดเรื่องการแต่งกาย นี่จึงเป็นทางเลือกที่ดีสำหรับคนที่กังวลเรื่องข้อจำกัดเหล่านี้ อีกจุดเด่นคือสวัสดิการที่มีประกันสังคมให้เมื่อทำงานครบกำหนด 3 เดือนขึ้นไป ทำให้รู้สึกมั่นใจขึ้นเรื่องความปลอดภัยในการทำงาน แม้ว่างานนี้จะเป็นงานระยะสั้นแต่ก็ได้รับค่าจ้างที่ค่อนข้างดี คือประมาณ 400 บาทต่อวัน (ตามปี 2021) ถ้าทำงาน 8 ชั่วโมง พัก 1 ชั่วโมง 30 นาที ซึ่งเวลาทำงานสมเหตุสมผล และค่าแรงก็คุ้มค่าต่อการลงทุนเวลา สภาพแวดล้อมการทำงานจะเน้นความเป็นส่วนตัว ไปไหนไปกันแต่ละคนไม่ได้ต้องรวมกลุ่มทำงานมากนัก ทำให้เหมาะกับคนที่ชอบทำงานเงียบ ๆ และไม่ชอบความเครียดเรื่องการถูกจับตามองจากเพื่อนร่วมงาน ผู้บังคับบัญชาของแผนก Display จะคอยสั่งงานและติดตามงานอย่างใกล้ชิด ทำให้ระบบงานชัดเจนและไม่ยุ่งยาก นอกจากนี้ ยังมีความยืดหยุ่นให้เราได้หยิบจับแต่งตัวตามสไตล์ของตัวเอง ให้เรารู้สึกสบายใจในการมาทำงาน ช่วยลดความกดดัน สำหรับผู้ที่กำลังมองหางานพาร์ทไทม์ทำที่ห้างสรรพสินค้า โดยไม่อยากเข้ามาในตำแหน่งที่ต้องดูแลลูกค้าหรือเคร่งครัดเรื่องการแต่งกาย งาน Display ที่เซ็นทรัลนี้เป็นตัวเลือกที่ดีมาก เพราะนอกจากรายได้จะดีมีสวัสดิการครบ ยังทำงานระยะสั้นเหมาะกับนักเรียน นักศึกษา หรือใครก็ตามที่ต้องการทำงานเสริมโดยไม่ต้องกังวลเรื่องข้อจำกัดเรื่องรูปลักษณ์ การแต่งตัว หรือสังคมการทำงานที่ซับซ้อน แนะนำให้ติดตามประกาศรับสมัครในช่วงเทศกาลหรือช่วงที่มีอีเว้นท์ต่าง ๆ เพราะส่วนใหญ่ HR จะคัดเลือกและเรียกต่อเนื่องสำหรับตำแหน่งนี้ โดยไม่ต้องสมัครเองก็เป็นไปได้ ทำให้เป็นงานที่มีความสะดวกและรวดเร็ว เหมาะกับคนที่อยากหางานพาร์ทไทม์แบบไม่ซับซ้อนด้วย สุดท้ายอย่าลืมว่า ถึงจะเป็นงานระยะสั้นแต่ก็สามารถถือเป็นประสบการณ์ที่ดีสำหรับการเรียนรู้ระบบงานในห้าง และอาจต่อยอดไปยังงานตำแหน่งอื่น ๆ ในอนาคตได้อีกด้วย
